Acts 1:8 NIV “…you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

What is missions?

In a nutshell, Missions is sharing the Love of Christ with others through our actions and our words – with the hope being that what we say and do will draw those who don’t know Jesus toward a saving relationship with Him through repentance and life transformation.
This may mean supporting missionaries around the world who are living among and teaching people in other countries about the Love of God. This also means being involved in Canada, Alberta, and Lethbridge in ministering to those who need love. Whether it is providing funding for an orphanage in South America, serving a hot meal at the local soup kitchen, or getting involved in your neighbourhood school, you will find many ways that you can be involved in spreading God’s love.

NAB Missions:

We are a part of the larger focus of ministry through the North American Baptist conference as well as other organizations.

ABA Missions:

We also partner with the Alberta Baptist Association in the ministries in the Province of Alberta.
